FAQ
Part of my box hasn't arrived. Boxes can ship in more than one parcel, days apart. Check every tracking link in your shipping emails. If tracking hasn't moved for 30 days, email support@fudoshin.co with your order number and we'll reship the missing items free or refund them.
Why multiple parcels? US orders ship from New Jersey when in stock. Anything that isn't ships from our Asia warehouse. Pieces can travel separately so nothing holds up the rest.
What weight are the gloves? Glove weight (12, 14 or 16 oz) is selected at random. There's no glove size option.
What shorts size should I pick? Western sizing. Check the size chart. Between sizes? Size up. Unsure? Email support@fudoshin.co before you order.
Can I return or swap sizes? No. MEGA boxes are final sale: no returns, exchanges or size swaps, including on the shorts. Pick your size carefully, and email us before you order if you're unsure. Lost parcels are covered: no tracking movement for 30 days = free reship or refund.
Will I pay duties? Outside the US, yes. Import duties and taxes are paid by the customer.
When do I get the $25 gift card? It's issued automatically by email shortly after your order is placed.
USA Shipping + Processing Time: 4-12 business days.
International Orders: 6-18 business days.
Return/Exchange Policy: All items are eligible for our 60-day satisfaction guarantee. If you want to change sizes or want to return your order, contact support@fudoshin.co. (Not applicable to mystery items).
