Shipping policy


This policy is applicable to all USA and international orders. This policy is designed to ensure that you are clearly aware of our shipping policies and procedures. By ordering from this store you accept the policies contained herein.

A. SHIPPING COSTS

For US domestic orders, we charge $7.95 on all orders.

For shipping to Canada, we charge $14.95 on all orders. 

For shipping to Thailand, we charge 125 baht on all orders.

For all other international shipping, we charge $14.95 and up (depending on country) on all orders.

All orders over $100 are eligible for free shipping

B. TRANSIT, HANDLING & ORDER CUT-OFF TIME FOR STANDARD SHIPPING FOR USA

Generally, shipments are in transit for 3 - 7 business days (Monday to Friday). Sometimes we will ship from our international warehouse if the US warehouse is out of stock of a product in your order. In this case, transit time will be between 7-10 business days.

Order cut-off time will be 05:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (New York).

Order handling time is 1 - 2 business days (Monday to Friday).

C. TRANSIT, HANDLING & ORDER CUT-OFF TIME FOR STANDARD SHIPPING FOR INTERNATIONAL

Generally, shipments for other countries apart from the USA are in transit for 5 - 15 business days (Monday to Friday).

Order cut-off time will be 05:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (New York).

Order handling time is 1 - 2 business days (Monday to Friday).

D. DELIVERY TERMS

We use USPS/international carriers to deliver USA domestic orders, and various international carriers for all orders outside the USA.

E. CHANGE OF ADDRESS

We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need an address change, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at support@fudoshin.co.

F. CANCELLATIONS

If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are unable to accept cancellations at any time after 24 hours after you have placed an order.

G. PARCELS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with the next steps.
